LAWRENCE, KAN. -- Park University claimed the 2008 MCAC Women's Golf Championship on Tuesday at Alvamar Golf Club in Lawrence, Kan.  It is Park's second team title in as many years.

Individually, senior Ashley Nicks of Park was tabbed MCAC Player of the Year with a first-place finish and a two-round score of 162.
