Junior Jamie Garman of Park University has been named MCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 27.

Garman (Smithville, Mo.) went 2-0 last week with a 1.27 ERA over 11.0 innings of work for the Pirates.  In an 11-0 win over Missouri Valley College, she hurled a five-inning no-hitter.  

Park, 20-19 overall, clinched its first-ever MCAC Regular Season Championship with a 10-2 league record.
