Junior center Emily Bell of the College of the Ozarks has been named MCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 22.

A native of Berryville, Ark., Bell averaged 17.5 points and 8.0 rebounds per game last week as the Bobcats wrapped up the MCAC Regular Season Championship with a pair of wins over Central Christian College (77-61) and Haskell Indian Nations University (68-60). For the week, she was 16-of-19 from the field (84.2 percent), including a 10-for-10 performance from the floor against Central Christian.

The fourth-ranked Bobcats are 22-5 overall (12-0 MCAC).
