Senior forward Maria Parker of Haskell Indian Nations University has been named MCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Jan. 31.

Parker (Oneida, Wis.) averaged 23.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game last week as the 22nd-ranked Indians picked up road wins at Peru State College and York College.  In a 54-45 victory at York, she had 26 points and eight rebounds.

Haskell is 17-4 overall and 4-1 in the MCAC.
