POINT LOOKOUT, MO. - The Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference announced the 2009-10 All-MCAC Women's Basketball Team over the weekend in conjunction with the MCAC Women's Basketball Tournament in Point Lookout, Mo.

Sophomore guard Justina George of Haskell Indian Nations University was named MCAC Player of the Year after averaging 18.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 3.9 steals per game this season.  Oklahoma Wesleyan University center Rebecca Schluter was selected MCAC Freshman of the Year, while York College junior guard Lorena Medeiros was named MCAC Newcomer of the Year.

College of the Ozarks head coach George Wilson was voted MCAC Coach of the Year, guiding the Bobcats to their seventh consecutive conference regular season championship (27-4 overall, 12-0 MCAC).
