Junior Maxx Catapano of Bellevue University has been named MCAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 25.

A native of Milford, Conn., Catapano tossed a one-hit complete-game shutout in Bellevue's 5-0 victory over 17th-ranked York College last week.  He had eight strikeouts in the win.

The eighth-ranked Bruins are 34-7 overall (19-1 MCAC).
