Junior forward Morgan Smith of the College of the Ozarks has been named MCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending Jan. 15.

A native of Nixa, Mo., Smith averaged 21.7 points and 10.3 rebounds per game last week in leading the fourth-ranked Bobcats to a 3-0 record.  In a 77-70 win at No. 18 College of Saint Mary, she had 27 points and 13 rebounds.

College of the Ozarks is 15-3 on the season.
