President Donald Trump is a regular at his own Bedminster, New Jersey golf club — and he told fellow club members there that the reason he visits so often is because “that White House is a real dump,” according to Golf.com.

A spokesperson for the White House denied the veracity of the statement to the sports publication.

The president is scheduled to leave Washington on Thursday for a two-week vacation at the club.
